The Big Event is coming to you! IDS Parents and Friends will
dance, eat and shop the night away at the Silent and Live Auctions.
The
deadline for all auction items to be included in the catalog
is March 14, 2008. Our goal is to have each IDS family
donate two items for auction. Ask those many places that you
spend your money to donate items or services to help the IDS
auction. Please consider your resources and help us collect
more auction items. Additional auction
forms are available in the office and can be downloaded
from here.
Our
auctions are only successful with donations from IDS Families!
Ask your salon, personal trainer, chiropractor, manicurist,
interior decorator, sports coach, music instructor and the stores,
clubs and restaurants that you visit to support IDS by donating
items or services of any size or value. You will be amazed at
the generosity of the businesses you visit every day!
All
services, trips, etc. should be valid for at least one year
after the auction, through 2009. All items and services donated
to the auction are tax-deductible as permitted under the Tax
Reform Act of 1986. A letter acknowledging your gift will be
provided for your tax records upon request. If the item is to
be delivered or collected after receipt of this form, please
include the name and contact information in order for the purchaser
to receive the item.
