OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE IDS-CC PFA BIG EVENT TCO SWEEPSTAKES
By obtaining a TCO Sweepstakes ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.

- The tuition credit, in the amount equal to the lesser of: (a) the total amount received by the IDS-CC PFA from the TCO Sweepstakes; or (b) $10,000, may only be used for a registered IDS-CC student or students.
- Total funds raised from all donations from the TCO Sweepstakes will be allocated as follows: The lesser of (a) the total amount donated in the TCO Sweepstakes or (b) $10,000 will be credited against the 2012-2013 tuition due from the lucky winner's chosen IDS-CC student. Any balance received by IDS-CC PFA in excess of $10,000 will be added to the net proceeds of Big Event “Black & White Gala”. These proceeds go to support the IDS-CC PFA fundraising efforts to give IDS-CC students the very best!
- One (1) winning ticket will be drawn at random on or about 11 pm on Saturday, March 10, 2012 (the “Drawing Date”), from all the eligible TCO Sweepstakes tickets received. TCO Sweepstakes ticket holders do not need to be present to win. The winner will be promptly notified after the Drawing Date by phone or email, based on the contact information provided to the IDS-CC PFA at the time of purchase.
- Winner shall designate an existing IDS-CC family to use the tuition credit or shall make a gift of the amount of the tuition credit to an existing IDS-CC scholarship award fund. In the event that winner shall fail to make a designation within 21 days of the Drawing Date, the amount of the tuition credit shall be credited to the IDS-CC PFA.
- If any portion of the tuition credit is remaining at the time of termination of enrollment or registration, or graduation of such students, all remaining tuition credit proceeds shall revert to IDS-CC.
- IDS-CC will not reduce a family's financial aid or impact its eligibility for future financial aid by virtue of winning the TCO Sweepstakes.
- No refunds are available. PFA assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or other failure to deliver tickets prior to any deadline.
- No purchase or contributions are necessary to participate in the TCO Sweepstakes. Limit one free ticket per person. Persons requesting a ticket at no cost must send their name, address and phone number on a 3x5 card along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to IDS-CC, 12015 Orange Grove Drive , Tampa , Florida , 33618 , Attn: TCO Sweepstakes. Postmark may not be later than seven (7) days prior to the Drawing Date.
- No cash prize will be awarded. The prize of the TCO Sweepstakes is a tuition credit to IDS-CC only and cannot be used for other expenses.
- Winning the TCO Sweepstakes does not impact or affect any admission decision of IDS-CC.
- Receipt of the benefit of the TCO Sweepstakes proceeds may have tax implications. Please consult your tax advisor. TCO Sweepstakes ticket donations may be tax-deductible.
- Proceeds from this TCO Sweepstakes are intended to benefit IDS-CC but are not the same as a gift to the Annual Fund. Please also participate in the Annual Fund to support IDS-CC.
- You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to purchase tickets and win the prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The TCO Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If it is determined that the TCO Sweepstakes is not permitted in this or any other jurisdiction, refunds shall be limited to the lesser of the price contributed or $100.00.
- In the event a dispute or question should arise regarding the application of proceeds of the TCO Sweepstakes, the interpretation and decision of ID-CC's Headmaster, in her sole discretion, shall govern.
- Neither IDS-CC nor the IDS-CC PFA is responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of any prize. By entering the TCO Sweepstakes, each participant releases IDS-CC, its officers, members, agents, and volunteers (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages or any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and the winner agrees to indemnify and hold Released Parties harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of any prize. In no event shall Released Parties be liable to any person or entity for any loss, cost, damage or injury, including any lost earnings, profits or goodwill, or any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any claim or dispute against Released Parties with respect to the TCO Sweepstakes must be brought within one year after the cause of the action arises. A TCO Sweepstakes participant's sole and exclusive remedy against Released Parties shall be limited to the lesser of the purchase price paid for his or her TCO Sweepstakes ticket or $100.00.
- All TCO Sweepstakes participants acknowledge this waiver of any right he or she might otherwise have under law or at equity.
- There are no representations or warranties other than as may be set forth in these official rules and regulations. IDS-CC and the IDS-CC PFA disclaim all other representations and warranties, express or implied, regarding the TCO Sweepstakes.
- No purchase or contribution is required to win. Rules are subject to change without notice.
- All TCO Sweepstakes participants acknowledge receipt of this “OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE IDS-CC PFA BIG EVENT TCO SWEEPSTAKES” and agree to be bound thereby. In order to receive the tuition credit, winner will confirm this agreement in writing.
